Independant® Ceiling-mounting systems - for flexible equipment positioning and optimal space utilization in operating room and intensive care unit

The idea of using ceiling mounts that can be easily swiveled in place to have medical equipment or gases readily available for patient treatment or care has long proved to be a complete success. This is not surprising in light of the benefits: flexible positioning and optimal space utilization in the OR or ICU are obvious advantages, but – no less important – hygiene and safety requirements must be satisfied as well.

Yet there is still more to this concept: clear assignment of the various units, elimination of cable clutter and, above all, the unrestricted movement of all components in the space around the place of use.
