Patient Contoured Mesh (PCM)

CT Based Implants - Using a patient's CT scan, a custom implant is precisely manufactured to fit the patient's specific defect. Implants are available in a variety of styles and thicknesses, based on surgeon preference. In addition, all implants come complete with a Clearview Model with accuracy approaching 1mm. Patient Contoured Mesh is available in either Titanium or PEEK.

  - Precise titanium implants for cranial, midface and mandibular reconstruction
  - CT based to match patient's unique anatomical features
  - Numerous mesh and plate styles based on surgeon preference
  - Available in standard mesh style, solid with holes, or a combination of both
  - Used in conjunction with KLS Martin Drill-Free Screws
• PCM-PEEK
  - CT based to match patient's unique anatomical features
  - Proven PEEK - Optima LT material
  - Available with or without holes
  - Implant is made to match the full thickness of the surrounding bone
