Threadlock TS System

The KLS Martin Threadlock TS System is the latest in innovative design for mandibular trauma and reconstruction. The system offers a comprehensive locking plate selection from mini plates through reconstruction plates.

The Taper Screw (TS) design uses the same thread and pitch throughout the entire screw. This taper design allows the screw to engage the bone prior to locking into the plate with the final turns.

2.0mm, 2.3mm and 2.7mm screws
Screws can lock into plates with up to 20 degrees of angulation
All locking plates and screws are colored green
No bending inserts required
System includes threaded drill guide for all plate sizes
All screws are produced with a concave head, allowing greater blade and screwhead interface
All screws are manufactured from high strength titanium alloy
